- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First I was lied to--told that the colonoscopy was 100% covered by my insurance (preventative) they found a polyp sent for testing(they are found almost always)sent to lab(non -cancerous)--coverage changes now I must pay 20% my bill was in excess -$13,850 my share $2300 no one monitors this hospital----lied too and my bill was ran up! Just got home yesterday -my wife had a colonoscopy and upper GI at Digestive Health Associates located in Reno,Nevada --her total bill was $1180--and that includes sending a polyp to be tested same as me--don't trust these guys (banner health)there is better health providers in the area and economical)--needs to be an entity that monitors these hospitals!!outrageous bill charging Banner LassenJune 29, 2017by boyd long
